The quick answers.
Is FundsSchool really zero cost?
Yes. On the website, every open chapter, quick check and the 10-question V-A sample test is free, with no sign-up. In the app, the chapter tests, revision papers and the Final exam are also free. No ads, no paid tier.
Which NISM exams are live?
NISM Series V-A (Mutual Fund Distributors) is live, rebuilt for NISM’s September 2026 workbook: 12 chapters in parts, 700 V-A questions: 24 chapter tests, 3 revision papers and an unseen Final. V-D (SIF and Mutual Fund Distributors), XIII (Common Derivatives) and XXI-A (PMS Distributors) are coming soon. There is also a Learn to invest track on mutual funds, SIPs, goals and tax.
Why do V-D, XIII and XXI-A come later?
We are rebuilding each of them for the latest NISM workbook, the same way we rebuilt V-A: new chapters in parts, chapter tests, revision papers and an unseen Final. We would rather open them late than open them out of date. In the app, tap Notify me on the course and we will tell you when it opens.
Do I need to become a FundsApp partner to use FundsSchool?
No. Becoming a FundsApp distribution partner is entirely optional. Anyone can use FundsSchool for exams, career growth or personal learning without partnering, and your access never depends on it.
Are these the real NISM exam questions?
No. Every question is original practice material written by FundsSchool from the NISM workbook, in the exam’s question styles and to its unit weighting. NISM does not publish its exam questions, and nobody should claim to have them.
Are FundsSchool tests enough to pass the NISM exam?
FundsSchool chapter tests, revision papers and the Final help you practise and see where you stand, but they should not be your only preparation. Please do not rely on FundsSchool tests alone. We strongly recommend that every candidate study the official NISM workbook and study material for complete knowledge of the syllabus.
Do I get a NISM certificate from FundsSchool?
No. You book and take the exam with NISM, which issues the certificate. FundsSchool gives badges that show the practice you finished in the app; they are not NISM certification.
