What FundsSchool is
FundsSchool is a free study app published by FundsApp Wealth Technologies Private Limited (formerly Strootaay Wealth Technologies Private Limited). It offers reading chapters, practice questions, practice mocks, a simulated Final exam, flashcards and preparation certificates for NISM certification examinations and general mutual-fund education.
Not affiliated with NISM, SEBI or AMFI
FundsSchool is not affiliated with, endorsed by or approved by the National Institute of Securities Markets (NISM), SEBI or AMFI. All questions are original FundsSchool questions written to the published syllabus; they are not actual examination questions. The Final exam is a FundsSchool simulated exam. FundsSchool certificates record practice completed in the app; they are not NISM certifications and do not qualify anyone to distribute mutual funds or any other product. Only passing the official NISM examination and registering with AMFI does that.
No guarantee of results
We work hard to keep content accurate and current, but syllabi, regulations and tax rules change. We do not guarantee that you will pass any examination, and readiness scores or mock results are indications only.

Nothing in FundsSchool is investment, tax or legal advice or an offer to buy or sell any security or scheme. Calculators are illustrative. Mutual fund investments are subject to market risks; read all scheme-related documents carefully before investing.
Your account
You must give accurate details and keep your password safe. One person, one account. You may delete your account at any time from Profile.
Acceptable use
Do not copy, scrape, resell or redistribute the chapters or question banks, attempt to reverse-engineer the app, or use it to harass others in the community features. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.
Intellectual property
The chapters, questions, explanations, designs and the FundsSchool name and logo belong to FundsApp Wealth Technologies Private Limited. NISM and the names of its examinations are the property of NISM.
Liability
The app is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from its use, including examination outcomes.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India; courts at Chennai have exclusive jurisdiction. Last updated 14 October 2026.
